  • Piemonte Hazelnuts Flour

    The name Piemonte hazelnuts indicates the variety hazelnut Tonda Gentile Trilobata cultivated in a territory located in the Piemonte region and processed in accordance with the regional specifications from which is protected. The "Queen of nuts", because it is among the world's most prized hazelnuts. A unique flavor for a noble ingredient.

  • Hazelnut TGT Flour

    Obtained from the hazelnut Tonda Gentile Trilobata. The Tonda gentile is grown in Piemonte on the Langhe hills at an altitude of about 350 meters above sea level.

  • Italian Hazelnut Flour

    Obtained by selected Hazelnut from Salerno and Napoli, Italy.
